Shipping policy

ContactLensesNextDay.com offers free UPS Next Day Shipping on all orders. Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on Monday to Friday will ship that day, conditional on prescription verification (see below) and product being in stock (see below). Orders placed after 2pm Eastern will be shipped on the following business day.

Federal holidays, Saturdays, Sundays do not count as business days, and orders do not ship on those days. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning, conditional on prescription verification (see below) and product being in stock (see below).

Prescription Verification: Federal law requires a doctor's prescription for all contact lens orders. If you do not have a copy of your prescription (or the prescription image you uploaded is expired or does not match your order), we will contact your doctor to verify your prescription. Federal law requires that we give your doctor 8 business hours to reply. We cannot ship your order until prescription verification is complete, which may add 1-2 business days of processing time before your order is shipped.

Stock Lenses: We utilize contact lens distributors who have a large quantity of contact lenses in stock, however they do not have 100% of all products and parameters in stock at all times. In the event that your particular prescription is not in stock, your order will ship with free UPS Next Day shipping as soon as the distributor has it in stock again.
