Refund policy

Contact lenses are a prescription medical device, so refunds are only allowed on unopened and unmarked boxes. Before you open any boxes, please review all products and ensure they match what your doctor prescribed.

If you need to return unopened and unmarked boxes for any reason, please reach out to us by email at hello@contactlensesnextday.com and we will provide a return form to include in your shipment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds are subject to an inspection by the distributor/manufacturer of your prescribed contact lens brand. A refund will only be processed if the distributor/manufacturer of your products is willing to accept the returned products.

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, including any orders that are sent back to us due to an incomplete address or delivery issues.
